Hello, I am Renee Howard, a licensed and insured broker who has triumphed over significant challenges. My resilience has been tested from a young age, facing an abusive and neglectful mother, entering foster care at four, and later balancing motherhood with college to support my family. Rather than yielding to adversity, I chose to carve a path to success, leading to the establishment of Legacy Bay Insurance Agency.

This April, I reached a significant achievement by passing my exams and obtaining my Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Agent Licenses. I am grateful to God. My introduction to life insurance came just two and a half years ago.

Discussing my journey brings me great satisfaction. After a decade of pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, I sought divine guidance for my career, as only God recognized my true worth. Uncertain of my next steps, I embraced a new opportunity. Additionally, I volunteer at a nonprofit, offering fitness services and collaborating with other outstanding businesses, embodying the essence of work-life balance.

Despite facing numerous hurdles and starting with little experience, I am honored to work as an Independent Broker, having served as a State Farm Customer Service Representative since 2022. Joining a remarkable team at my agency has broadened my horizons. Throughout my career, I have become a vital link for my community, diligently providing a wide range of products (life, auto, home, and health) from various carriers to meet specific needs.
